Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Vaydel is a brand owned and operated by Digitize Solutions, a company registered in Lebanon ("we", "us"). This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Vaydel subscription. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. Who processes your payment
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice and handles payment, sales tax/VAT, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under them or under applicable law.
2. The free assessment costs nothing
Every new account gets a 14-day free assessment (domain verification and one baseline phishing simulation for one employee). No card is needed and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. You are only charged when you choose to activate continuous automation.
3. Your first payment: 14-day money-back guarantee
If Vaydel isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or annual) and you'll get a full refund of that payment, including any tax charged. Your subscription is then canceled. No reason is required, and this applies whether you bought as a business or as an individual.
4. Renewals
- Monthly plans. Renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Annual plans. If you forgot to cancel, ask for a refund within 14 days of the annual renewal payment and you'll get a full refund of that renewal. After 14 days, annual renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
5. Employees added mid-period
When you import more employees than your plan covers, the extra employees are charged pro rata for the rest of your billing period. If you added employees by mistake (for example, the wrong file), remove them and ask for a refund within 14 days of that charge, and we'll refund it.
6. If we let you down
If the service is unavailable or doesn't work as described for a significant part of a billing period for reasons within our control, contact us. We'll give you a pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected period, even outside the windows above.
7. What isn't refundable
Outside the cases above, payments for periods that have already started are not refundable, including when you cancel part-way through a period, reduce the number of employees, or stop using the service. Cancellation stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period.
8. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your company name and the order number from your Paddle receipt (you can also find your order at paddle.net). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval; how quickly they appear depends on your bank.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve the problem faster, and a chargeback can suspend the account while it is investigated.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force when you made a payment applies to that payment. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
